At Guest Coops and Gardens, we believe that where your food comes from matters—and how it’s raised matters even more.
Our Chickens
Not all eggs are created equal. Even on farms, many chickens are raised in crowded conditions, inside dark barns with limited space, little sunlight, and minimal opportunity to behave naturally.
Our chickens are different.
They are raised with space to move, access to fresh air, and the ability to live in a more natural, low-stress environment. We focus on their physical and mental health, well-being, and quality of life—not just production.
The result is eggs you can feel good about—produced with care, transparency, and respect for the animals that provide them.
Our Garden
We grow our produce as naturally as possible. While we are not certified organic, we follow many of the same principles—focusing on soil health, avoiding unnecessary chemicals, and working with nature instead of against it.
Unlike conventional store-bought produce, which is often picked early and shipped long distances, our vegetables are harvested at peak ripeness. That means better flavor, better nutrition, and a shorter path from harvest to your table.
Why It Matters
Buying from Guest Coops and Gardens means more than just purchasing eggs or produce.
It means:
Supporting a small, local operation
Knowing exactly where your food comes from
Choosing a more thoughtful, transparent way of eating
This is food raised in your community, on a small scale—
the way it used to be, and the way many believe it should be.
